Quick Disconnect Fuel Hose Coupling Soft Set Premium Thread Sealant
Application Instructions:
- Apply thread sealant to male connector threads and allow to become tacky - about 30minutes
- Clean and remove as much gas as possible from the threaded female connector in the fuel pump flange
- Screw the male connector into the female connector tightly by hand
- Tighten the male connector another 1/2 to 3/4 turn with a wrench
- Do NOT overtighten the male connector as this may crack the plastic flange
- Allow sealant to set for 12 hours
- Does not fully harden, remains soft and pliable for easy disassembly or adjustment.
