BMW Airhead 3 pin plug for "Bean Can" Sensor repair kit on BMW ignition systems.

Replaces Male, Female, or both plugs on the ignition cable with an improved locking feature- better than OEM.

INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

The male plug fits on the hall sensor harness and the female plug fits on the ignition module harness.

Slide the three wires from each end through the two large rubber protection grommets (different from the original design).

Slide the small red rubber grommet over each wire (direction is not important).

Lay each correctly colored wire into the metal pins and bend over the clasps with a pair of pliers or crimping tool.

The male plug will require the male metal pins – these are fed in from the back and pulled through with needle nose pliers from the front of the plug – they will click into place and be retained by the small metal barbs.

The female plug will require the butterfly type pins – they will require you to push them in using the attached wire until it clicks into place.

Once all the pins are secure you then pull the rubber grommets over the back ends of the plugs.
