Final Drive Gear Interlock Shaft Splines

This is a cost effective replacement of your final drive splines ring and pinion set - rather than welding a new spline onto the drive ring gear shaft.
Grind off the original; weld, then press the spline shaft out of the ring gear. Press in the new shaft and weld it to the ring gear (made from the same metal)
